Cartier Must de Cartier Vermeil 925 Silver Quartz Watch – Circa 1980s – 30.2mm

A beautiful vintage Must de Cartier wristwatch dating to circa the 1980s, combining Cartier’s unmistakable Parisian elegance with the refined styling that made the Must de Cartier collection so distinctive.

The watch features a 30.2mm round case, measuring approximately 32mm including the winding crown. The case is constructed from 925 sterling silver with 20-micron gold plating, traditionally referred to as vermeil, as confirmed by the markings to the case back.

The dark dial provides an elegant contrast against the gold-tone case, featuring classic Roman numeral hour markers, a fine outer minute track and slender gold-tone hands. The dial is signed “must de Cartier”, retaining the understated sophistication associated with Cartier watches of this period.
